We have daily Yoga classes, Monday - Saturday, both mornings and evenings, as well as Kettle Bell classes.  As we grow, we plan to add additional class times AND WILL NOT CANCEL CLASSES even if only one person is signed up!

I absolutely love Leon Springs and the surrounding area.  Born and raised in the Boerne area and currently living in Leon Springs, it's been an absolute blessing to serve this community.  As the area continues to grow and develop, I promise to continue to offer quality classes with caring and educated instructors.  We are a fitness-oriented family with two girls who also enjoy exercising and making healthy choices to fuel our bodies.  I whole-heartedly believe in the Golden Rule, to treat others how I want to be treated.  This philosophy extends to how I run my businesses as well.  I am a very energetic, passionate and giving person.  I love seeing my  clients reach their goals, and I truly want to do whatever I can to help them achieve those goals!  I sincerely hope to earn your business soon here at Mind Body Yoga Studio!

        "KETTLE BELL PUMP"

Kettle Bell Certified Trainer
Burn fat while you sculpt and tone your body and arms as your instructor takes you through a series of routines which generally flow from one exercise to the next similar to the vinyasa flows you might see in a yoga class.  Kettle Bells are much easier on your body and joints, which makes this class great for all ages and levels especially with the variety of Kettle Bell weights to choose from. This is an incredible workout combining both cardio and strength components to build muscular endurance as well.  At times you can burn up to 20 calories a minute doing Kettle bell work. Plus, you will achieve better coordination, increased mobility and improved motor and balance skills.  Come experience why so many people absolutely LOVE Kettle Bell work and the many benefits for all ages including a more mature audience.
